The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this Estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. General Contractors are invited to submit a Bid for the construction of New Fire Station, located at 33 Horizon Flats Road Town of Winthrop, WA.

. The Work of this project is generally described as construction of a new 12,000 s.f Emergency Response Facility as described in the construction documents and project manual.

. Bids must be on a stipulated sum basis.

. The Owner will receive sealed Bids until 2:00 PM local time, April 5, 2021 at the office of the OFCD #6 located at 223 Englar Ave Winthrop, WA 98862.

. Bidders are required to submit Document 00 4300 – Bid Form Supplements at the time Bids are submitted.

. Bids will be opened publicly during the Commissioner’s meeting located at 434 West 2nd Street Twisp, WA. .

. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the Work in 11 months.

. A Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the highest possible Bid amount is required.

. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submittal.

. Bidders shall submit an executed copy of AIA Document A305, Contractor’s Qualification Statement, latest edition.

. Bidding Documents will not be issued directly to sub-bidders.

The Town of Twisp’s project includes the replacement, lining or repair of approximately 3,500

linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch diameter concrete sewer mains within Town rights-of-way and/or

utility easements, high-priority spot repairs, rehabilitation/relining of three manholes, upgrading

Lift Station #2 including construction of a new pump station building, cover for biosolids

containment at the treatment plant site, and construction of an addition to the headworks facility to accommodate new mechanical dewatering equipment.

The Town of Twisp has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse

impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). We have reviewed the attached Environmental Checklist, project application and appurtenance information. This information is available at Twisp Town Hall.

This determination is based on the following findings and conclusions:

The project does not create significant environmental impacts.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the comment/appeal period will end on April

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 739

(TOWN OF WINTHROP, WASHINGTON)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Winthrop has adopted its Ordinance No. 739, which in summary, amends the 2021 Town Budget.

Said ordinance may be examined at the Winthrop Town Hall during regular business hours or a copy will be mailed upon request.

This notice is given by order of the Town Council and pursuant to R.C.W. 35.27.300.

Notice of Variance Request

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY OKANOGAN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS that a variance from the Okanogan County Health District, Regulation Washington Administration Code (WAC) 173-350-330(4)(b)(ii)(b) Relating to Surface Impoundments and Tank: Be equipped with a leak detection system capable of detecting a release from the tank. It is being requested that an annual tightest test be used for the green waste steam treatment holding tank in lieu of a detection system, at the Twisp Transfer Station 12 Twisp Airport Road, Twisp WA 98856. Written comments may be submitted to the Okanogan County Health District, P.O. Box 231, Okanogan, WA. 98840.

The Environmental Health Director for Okanogan County Health District will consider this request within 14 day of this notice.
