LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST

In accordance with RCW 29A.12.130 and WAC 434-335, a Logic and Accuracy test will be conducted on the Okanogan County vote counting equipment. The test will be held in the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 25th, 2021.

At that time a “test deck” of ballots will be run through the vote tabulating equipment. The test is designed to check the ballot tabulating and precinct programming.

A test deck will be scanned and resolved at the time of the Logic and Accuracy Test.

The test is open to the public.

General Contractors are invited to submit a Bid for the construction of New Fire Station, located at 33 Horizon Flats Road Town of Winthrop, WA.

. The Work of this project is generally described as construction of a new 12,000 s.f Emergency Response Facility as described in the construction documents and project manual.

. Bids must be on a stipulated sum basis.

. The Owner will receive sealed Bids until 2:00 PM local time, April 5, 2021 at the office of the OFCD #6 located at 223 Englar Ave Winthrop, WA 98862.

. Bidders are required to submit Document 00 4300 – Bid Form Supplements at the time Bids are submitted.

. Bids will be opened publicly during the Commissioner’s meeting located at 434 West 2nd Street Twisp, WA. .

. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the Work in 11 months.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

INTERIM CONTROLS IN WATER RESOURCE INVENTORY AREA 48

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on April 5, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. to take public testimony regarding ordinance 2021-3 approved on February 10, 2021 that adopted interim land use controls applicable to water resource inventory area 48 with the exception of the Columbia River influence that prohibits the acceptance of any building permit applications for residential development projects within water resource inventory area #48 (with the exception of the Columbia River influence)on parcels of land that were subdivided after March 28, 2002, if the application requires water adequacy/availability determination under RCW 19.27.097 and relies on a withdrawal that is exempt from water rights permitting under RCW 90.44.050. The public hearing is scheduled to meet the procedural requirements found in RCW 36.70.795.

The public hearing will be conducted on April 5, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. The virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held over Zoom web application. You can attend the meeting by using one of the following methods:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sandy Liman of Twisp, Washington has submitted an application for approval of a variance from the front yard setback requirements within the R-1 zoning district in order to construct an addition to an existing garage. The proposed variance for Parcel No. 3322070197, located at 109 Ainsworth, is required by 18.50.090 of the Twisp Municipal Code. The property for which the variance is proposed is located in the Town of Twisp, within Section 7, Township 33 N., Range 22 E.W.M.
