Work generally consists of construction of one new soccer field, one new baseball field, crushed rock paths and limited parking to include approximately 3700 cubic yards of clearing and grubbing with on-site disposal, 3000 cubic yards of mass grading, 520 tons of Infield Mix, one Backstop, two Dugouts, cement concrete curb & pavements, fencing, sports field irrigation, seeding/sod, and miscellaneous site improvements. Engineer’s Estimate ranges from $425,000 to $490,000 for Base Bid work.

A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Special Provisions, and Addenda (if applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, money order or surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Town of Twisp. A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract.

Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Twisp Planning Commission will hold an open record public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 via GoToWebinar. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony and establish the record on an application to modify the preliminarily approved Twisp River Suites Planned Development submitted by Joe Marver of Twisp, Washington. The modification of the planned development is limited to the adjustment of the boundaries of the PD to include Lot 1 of the Joe Marvelous Short Plat Project. The additional property is and will be used for required parking for the Planned Development. Approval will be conditioned for compliance development standards set forth by the Town of Twisp Codes 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18.
All interested persons are invited to participate and be heard. Those requiring meeting log-in information or other assistance are requested to contact Town Hall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing to notify the Town of the type of assistance required. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTERIM CONTROLS IN WATER RESOURCE INVENTORY AREA 48
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on March 15, 2021 at 2 p.m. to take public testimony regarding ordinance 2021-1 approved on January 26, 2021 that adopted interim land use controls applicable to water resource inventory area 48 with the exception of the Columbia River influence that prohibits the subdivision of land that depends on domestic exempt wells for their water source. The provisions of this ordinance do not apply to subdivisions of land decisions that do not require a determination of water adequacy under RCW 58.17.040 and/or Okanogan County Code 16.04.070. The public hearing is scheduled to meet the procedural requirements found in RCW 36.70.795.
The public hearing will be conducted on March 15 at 2 p.m. The virtual/telephonic public hearing will be heard over Zoom web application. You can attend the meeting by using one of the following methods:
