Vince and Nancy Friggione, of Twisp, are happy to announce the birth of their fifth grandchild, Sophia Jo Riley. Sophi is the daughter of Joe and Stephanie Riley. Steph is a 2007 Liberty Bell High School graduate. Sophi joins her big sisters Emi (5) and Kate (2) at their home in Mount Vernon, Washington. She was born on Aug. 27, 2020, and weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
