You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 27th day of January, 2021, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for plaintiff, Eleanor A. DuBay, at her office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The object of the action is to enforce plaintiff’s security interest in that certain 1998 Golden West manufactured home, Vehicle ID No. GWOR23N19594, Washington State License Plate No. &106067. By this action, plaintiff seeks to exclude defendants from any interest in said manufactured home.

This notice is to solicit the names of vendors for that list.
