The Administrator named below has been appointed as Administrator of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Administrator or the Administrator’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) thirty days after the Administrator served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

Sealed bids will be received by The Town of Twisp, in the Council Room located at 118 S. Glover Street, Twisp, WA 98856, for the construction of the Twisp Civic Building. The project includes demolition of the exiting town hall, and construction of a new 8,500 sf, single story, wood framed, civic building and associated site improvements. The building includes town administrative departments, police department, and Emergency Operations Center.
Sealed Base Bids must be received by ¬¬February 17, 2021, 1:00 p.m., local time, and must be marked
“Sealed Bid –Twisp Civic Building”. Sealed Alternate Bids and Supplemental Bid Documents must be received by ¬¬February 17, 2021, 2:00 p.m., local time, and must be marked “Sealed Alternate Bids –Twisp Civic Building”. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Bidders may download digital files at no cost; Hardcopy sets are available with a refundable deposit of $300.00 per set plus a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per set for handling to be submitted by separate checks. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Town of Twisp, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.
Rejection of Bids: The city shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.

No bidder may withdraw their bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. The Town of Twisp reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT ADDENDUM
REVISED OKANOGAN COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the Okanogan County Office of Planning and Community Development has issued a Draft Environmental Impact Statement addendum which discusses environmental impacts of the proposed revisions to the 2014 Okanogan County Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan proposal has been prepared in accordance with RCW 36.70 Planning Enabling Act, RCW 36.70A Growth Management Act, and other applicable case law and requirements. The Comprehensive Plan contains policies that inform other land use regulation in all unincorporated areas of the county. The proposed revisions to the comprehensive plan consider the medium range of population increase prepared by the OFM which projects that the population will increase by 2891 people (revised) by the year 2040.
Agencies, affected tribes, and members of the public are invited to comment on the DEIS addendum and the revised comprehensive plan. The deadline for submitting comments is March 8, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. You may submit your comments in writing or electronically to: mallen@co.okanogan.wa.us or mailed or delivered to 123 5th Ave N. A public hearing has been scheduled with the Okanogan County Regional Planning Commission to give interested parties the opportunity to provide verbal testimony. Written comments may be submitted at the hearing or prior to the hearing at the email and address listed above.

Joe Marver of Twisp, Washington has submitted an application for the modification of the Twisp River Suites Planned Development is to adjust the boundaries of the preliminarily approved PD to include Lot 1(parcel number 8839900100) of the Joe Marvelous Short Plat.
This determination is based on the following findings and conclusions:
The Town of Twisp has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). We have reviewed the attached Environmental Checklist, project application and appurtenance information. This information is available at Twisp Town Hall.

The modified PD will incorporate the referenced parcel as part of the required off-street parking for the development.
