AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Twisp, Washington, amending Chapter 10.20 of the Twisp Municipal Code to amend sections regarding loading and parking zones within the Town.
Said ordinance may be examined at the Twisp Town Hall during regular business hours or mailed upon request.

TWISP CIVIC BUILDING
Sealed bids will be received by The Town of Twisp, in the Council Room located at 118 S. Glover Street, Twisp, WA 98856, for the construction of the Twisp Civic Building. The project includes demolition of the exiting town hall, and construction of a new 8,500 sf, single story, wood framed, civic building and associated site improvements. The building includes town administrative departments, police department, and Emergency Operations Center.
Sealed Base Bids must be received by ¬¬February 17, 2021, 1:00 p.m., local time, and must be marked “Sealed Bid –Twisp Civic Building”. Sealed Alternate Bids and Supplemental Bid Documents must be received by ¬¬February 17, 2021, 2:00 p.m., local time, and must be marked “Sealed Alternate Bids –Twisp Civic Building”. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read ¬¬February 17, 2021, 2:00 p.m. Due to COVID 19 Protocol, the public Bid Opening will be performed electronically. Participation instructions are included. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Town of Twisp, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.
Rejection of Bids: The city shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.

No bidder may withdraw their bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. The Town of Twisp reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid.
