It seems like the valley is changing, but how? Are there more people? What’s driving up the cost of housing? How much do tourism, retail and construction contribute to the local economy? And what do we want life in the valley to look like in the future?
TwispWorks is wondering the same things. So the organization is conducting a community-wide survey to understand the changes in the valley’s population and economy. All residents (full- and part-time) are encouraged to fill it out to provide the most accurate information.
Survey results will be compiled next year and will be used to plan for the valley’s future and to determine what businesses and residents need to thrive in the valley, from child care to housing to recreational opportunities. All responses will remain anonymous.
Find a link to the survey (click on “Take the Survey! Rural Restructuring & Comprehensive Economic Study”) in the red-orange box on the TwispWorks home page at https://www.twispworks.org. You can request the survey by emailing businesssupport@twispworks.org.
