“Emerald Waters of Cedar Creek Falls,” by Sally Kuperberg, will be among the works displayed at the Confluence show.
Confluence Gallery’s “Gems and Geology” holiday gift show opens on Friday (Nov. 27) and continues through Jan. 9, 2021.
Curators Joanne Marracci and Sarah Jo Lightner said the displayed works will include jewelry and paintings. “We hope to exhibit both 2D works representing rocky formations as well as 3D works of custom-cut faceted gemstones, cabochons and jewelry featuring precious and semi-precious gemstones,” they said in a press release. “This show seeks to mesmerize, capture the imagination, and inform about the geological, gem, mineral, fossil and jewelry world.”
The gallery in Twisp will be open every day through Dec. 24. Maximum occupancy in the gallery under COVID protocols is 10 people. For more information, email sarahjo@confluencegallery.com. call 997-2787 or visit https://www.confluencegallery.com.
