Town of Twisp Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Twisp, WA will be holding a preliminary hearing regarding the 2021 Budget and setting the 2021 Property (ad valorem) Levy tax rate, 2021 EMS Levy tax rate, and Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan 2021-2026.
Said hearing shall be November 10th, 2020 at 5:30 pm.
Due to restrictions on public gatherings during the COVID-19 emergency, the hearing will be available via GoToMeeting.

Notice of Public Hearing. Twisp Public Development Authority. A hearing will be held before the Twisp Public Development Authority Board of Directors concerning the intention of the Twisp Public Development Authority to sell the Gray Shed building and the South Vehicle Building (Okanogan County Parcel Numbers 8881600200 & 8881600300), both located on the campus known as TwispWorks which is located at the intersection of Highway 20 and S. Glover Street in Twisp, WA, to the TwispWorks Foundation, a 501(c)3 public-purpose non-profit organization. The mission of the TwispWorks Foundation is to increase economic and cultural vitality in the Methow Valley. The property shall continue to be used as a center for civic, business, recreational, cultural, educational, arts and heritage activities and events.
The public hearing will be held at 9:05 a.m., Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in the TwispWorks conference room located at 502 S. Glover Street in Twisp, WA and via telecon. Masks and social distancing are required for those who choose to attend in person. To attend via telecon please email info@twispworks.org to request the telecon information. Any person desiring to present oral or written comments may do so at the hearing or may submit comments via email to info@twispworks.org, or in writing to PO Box 517, Twisp, WA 98856. Written comments received prior to 5 pm November 17, 2020 will be entered into the record and provided to the Board of Directors.

METHOW VALLEY IRRIGATION DISTRICT
BUDGET MEETING
The Methow Valley Irrigation District’s Board of Directors will conduct the District’s annual budget meeting on Monday, November 9th, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. In accordance with the prohibition on in-person public meetings, the meeting will be held using remote technology. Remote meeting information will be posted on the door of the District’s regular meeting site (the basement of the Methow Valley Community Center in Twisp) and will be available from the district Secretary.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve a budget for 2021. In the event the Board concludes the business that may come before it prior to 6:00 p.m., the regular meeting of the MVID will immediately follow the equalization meeting.

Legal Notice of Okanogan County Fire District 6 Budget Hearing
The Okanogan County Fire District 6 commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, November 16th starting immediately after the Budget Hearing which starts at 7:00 pm. The Special Meeting is to discuss the 2021 Budget. The Meeting location is 434 W Second Ave in Twisp (Twisp Fire Hall). The meeting will not be open to attendees due to COVID-19 restrictions, but will be available for call-in. Call-in instructions will be provided on our website www.okanogancountyfd6.com.

The Okanogan County Central Landfill, Ellisforde Transfer Station, Bridgeport Transfer Station & Twisp Transfer Station will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 in observance of the Veteran’s Day Holiday. All locations will all be back to regular schedules Thursday, November 12, 2020.
