Notice of Action
The Town of Twisp is hereby providing notice of action regarding approval of the Scott Edson Phase 3 Short Plat File No. TWP SP 20-01 consisting of three lots (5,927.36 sq ft, 5,000 sq ft and 5,452.46 sq ft) located off the East Methow Valley Highway. Approval of the short plat is a Type I permit process in accordance with Chapter 14.05 TMC. Approval of TWP SP 20-01 was granted on July 23, 2020 upon fulfillment of conditions required for approval. Said Short Plat conforms to the requirements of TMC Chapter Title 17.15 and Title 18 Land Use Regulations. Written appeals by a party of record with standing must be filed with the Town Clerk within 14 days of issuance of the decision (7/30/20) as provided in Chapter 14.05.070 TMC. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENEWING INTERIM OKANOGAN COUNTY ZONE MAP AMENDMENTS
Lower Methow River Reach Rural 1 to Rural 5
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on August 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. to take public testimony regarding Ordinance 2020-5, approved on July 8, 2020 that renewed an adopted interim amendment to the Official Okanogan County Zone Map. The amendment as adopted changed the zone designation on land in the Lower Methow River Reach of WRIA 48 from Rural-1 to Rural-5. The change in zoning extends from approximately Alta Lake to Gold Creek Road.
If left in place the interim code revisions will undergo environmental review and be scheduled for additional public hearings before the Okanogan County Regional Planning Commission followed by the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners.
The public hearing will be conducted on August 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. over web platform Zoom. Please attend the meeting by using the following methods below:
