The park next to the Methow Valley Interpretive Center in Twisp was the scene of a Juneteenth (Friday, June 19) community gathering to celebrate Black liberation and show solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. The event was organized to create a community art project of spontaneous works by participants.
