Threshold SEPA Determination
Project Summary
NCI Datacom is proposing to construct a 100’ Guyed Lattice communications tower on a leased area of a 40-acre parcel. The tower will require, six feet wide by six feet long and four feet deep cement footing areas and three guy anchor points six feet wide by four feet long and four feet deep.
The SEPA Responsible Official has reviewed an Environmental Checklist and project description and has issued a Threshold Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on this proposal in accordance with WAC 197-11-340.

The site is located at 50 Bannon Springs Rd. near Tonasket on tax parcel 36281110011.
Public comments regarding the threshold determination may be submitted in writing to the address listed below. Deadline for submitting comments regarding this threshold determination will be 5:00 pm, July 2, 2020. Date of publishing is June 17 & 18, 2020.
Failure to comment by the due date above shall be determined to deny a party standing to appeal the final determination. Information is available at the Office of Planning and Development. Public Hearing Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners have set a Public Hearing for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 and will be held in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment for or against the consideration of a budget supplemental appropriation within the Noxious Weed Fund 103 in the amount of $287,624. The funds are from anticipated State and Federal agency contracts for service and will be used for Grant work, professional services, ending fund balance, and benefits. The hearing will be held in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room located at 123 5th Avenue North, Okanogan, Washington.
