The Loup Ski Team competed last weekend in the Apple Cup Race held at Mission Ridge. Coach Bret Alumbaugh reported that the race attracted 200 racers from the Northwest for two days of Giant Slalom.
“The Loup Ski Team had some very good results considering our home hill just opened a week ago and our kids have not yet had a chance to run a race course yet this season,” Alumbaugh said.
The team will host the Wolf Chase Race at the Loup on Feb. 8-9.
