Community Thanksgiving dinner
The annual Methow Valley Community Thanksgiving Dinner, a free event, will be at the Winthrop Barn, from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. If you are interested in volunteering or donating, call 997-7017.
Thanksgiving day ice skating
There will be a public ice skating session for all ages at the Winthrop Rink, from 1-4 p.m. The usual fees apply. For information, call 996-4199.

Christmas at the End of the Road
Enjoy a family-friendly weekend in Winthrop with fireworks, fun run, skating with Santa, town lighting, children’s activities, live music, sleigh rides, campfires, hot cocoa and more, from 2-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday.
