Methow Valley News holiday deadlines

It’s not too early to start planning to meet holiday deadlines for ads and news content in the Methow Valley News.

Because Christmas falls on a Wednesday, the newspaper will go to the printer on Monday, Dec. 23,  for distribution on Tuesday (Christmas Eve) in retail outlets and at local post offices. Deadlines will be at noon on the preceding Thursday, Dec. 19, for advertising content. The deadline for news content will be noon on Friday, Dec. 20.

New Year’s Day also falls on a Wednesday, so the paper will go to the printer on Monday, Dec. 30, for distribution on Tuesday (Dec. 31) in retail outlets and at local post offices. Deadlines for advertising material are at noon on the preceding Thursday, Dec. 26. The news content deadline will be noon on Friday, Dec. 27.

The Jan. 1, 2020, newspaper will be the annual Year in Review issue.
