Well, it’s time. Believe it or not, the Christmas Sale starts this Saturday (Nov. 23), from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We have an abundance of trees, stands, lights, cards and all kinds of brand new gifts, along with much, much more.
Thank you to all the veterans and their guests who joined us for our program and lunch, and to all the volunteers that helped put it together.
We have lost so many people in the last month, including some of our senior members, Including our longtime board member Verleigh Schachtschneider. We all miss her special wit, and all the many kinds of crafts and candies she used to bring us. Just having her around was a pleasure. Our condolences go out to her family and to all the other families.
Thank you to all that came to our housewarming and helped to make a special day to remember.
