Funds will be used for building capacity for next 25 years, both in staffing and finances, Budiselich said. The first step of a five-year strategic plan will include hiring MVRU’s first executive director. Attendees enjoyed tailgate-style food, mint juleps, carriage rides with Claude Miller, cross-country croquet, a quadrille (choreographed musical dressage ride of four) demonstration by MVRU riders, and dancing to the Bitterroot Beets.
