Try on a new persona this Halloween – or at any special event – by renting a memorable outfit or festive accessories from the Okanogan Valley Orchestra & Chorus (OVOC) Costume Shop.
The collection – thousands of costumes in all – includes everything from medieval garb to Victorian gowns to witches’ capes and vampire regalia. Most are for adults, but there’s also a wide selection for children. They also rent formal wear.
The costume shop is always open Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For Halloween, there are extended hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday to Saturday, Oct. 24 to 26, and Monday to Thursday, Oct. 28 to 31.

The OVOC Costume Shop is at 429 S. Second Ave. in Okanogan, across from Okanogan County Community Action Council. All proceeds benefit OVOC.
