Anyone having objections to this sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objection if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. X. NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS
The purchaser at the Trustee’s Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants who are not tenants. After the 20th day following the sale, the purchaser has the right to evict occupants who are not tenants by summary proceedings under Chapter 59.12 RCW. For tenant-occupied property, the purchaser shall provide a tenant with written notice in accordance with RCW 61.24.060.
If the Trustee’s Sale is set aside for any reason, the submitted bid will be forthwith returned without interest and the bidder will have no right to purchase the property. Recovery of the bid amount without interest constitutes the limit of the bidder’s recourse against the Trustee and/or the Beneficiary.
XI. NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS AND PARTIES WHO ARE GUARANTORS OF THE OBLIGATIONS SECURED BY THIS DEED OF TRUST: (1) The Guarantor may be liable for a deficiency judgment to the extent the sale price obtained at the Trustee’s Sale is less than the debt secured by the Deed of Trust; (2) The Guarantor has the same rights to reinstate the debt, cure the default, or repay the debt as is given to the grantor in order to avoid the trustee’s sale; (3) The Guarantor will have no right to redeem the property after the Trustee’s Sale; (4) Subject to such longer periods as are provided in the Washington Deed of Trust Act, Chapter 61.24 RCW, any action brought to enforce a guaranty must be commenced within one year after the Trustee’s Sale, or the last Trustee’s Sale under any deed of trust granted to secure the same debt; and (5) In any action for a deficiency, the Guarantor will have the right to establish the fair value of the property as of the date of the Trustee’s Sale, less prior liens and encumbrances, and to limit its liability for a deficiency to the difference between the debt and the greater of such fair value or the sale price paid at the Trustee’s Sale, plus interest and costs.

The Twisp Public Development Authority (PDA) is extending the deadline for qualified candidates to complete a technical infrastructure assessment of the Methow Valley’s broadband capabilities and future needs. The project seeks to identify a consultant to facilitate planning, identify industry best practices, perform local market analysis, inventory and map local infrastructure and demand, model broadband infrastructure expansion projects, perform business case evaluation on each model, identify and recommend implementation funding options, identify public or private partnerships and recommend an action plan. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Methow Valley Community Covenant Church of Twisp, Washington has made application to the town for a Shoreline Substantial Development permit for the installation of “launchable rip rap” to protect its building from potential future flooding. The project entails excavation of an inverted trapezoidal trench which will be backfilled with rip rap, covered with 6” of soils and planted with native vegetation. The trench will be approximately 390’ long and 5.5’ deep, 25’ in width at surface level and 5’ in width at the bottom. The project site is located 710 State Rt 20 near the north Town Limits, east of the highway on parcel #3322070137 within the shoreline jurisdiction of the Methow River.

The Town of Twisp has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment, nor does it require a floodplain development permit. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). We have reviewed the attached Environmental Checklist, project application and appurtenant information. This information is available at Twisp Town Hall.
This determination is based on the following findings and conclusions:
The application and SEPA checklist contain mitigation measures that satisfactorily address environmental impacts.

The registration deadline for online registrations, mail-in registrations and transfers is October 28, 2019. Any qualified elector who is not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register to vote in person at the Auditor’s Office up to and including, election day, November 5, 2019.

The Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, will be open so voters may obtain replacement ballots, drop off voted ballots, obtain provisional ballots, and use the Accessible Voting Units, at the following times.

Voters needing additional information or assistance with voter registration forms or voting may call (509) 422-7240. Voters unable to use the mail-in ballot may use the Accessible Voting Unit available at the County Auditor’s Office.
No postage is required to return your ballot for this election. Return postage is prepaid. Ballots must be postmarked by the day of the election. Check with your local Post Office for deadlines to have your ballot postmarked properly.

Meetings of the Okanogan County Canvassing Board are open, public meetings and shall be continued until the activities for which the following meetings are held have been completed. Canvass Board meetings are held in the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 103, at the County Courthouse, in Okanogan.
Friday, November 15th, 2019 at 11:00 AM to determine the status of any provisional or challenged ballots
Tuesday, November 26th, 2019 at 11:00 AM to canvass the votes cast and certify the election
