Duck Race 2019

A sizable fleet of rubber ducks outfitted in jaunty sailor caps and bandanas made the voyage down the Chewuch and Methow rivers during the annual Kiwanis Duck Race on Labor Day. It was a slower procession than usual because of low river levels, but duck No. 028 out-floated hundreds of others to make its ticket-holder $500 richer.
