NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held on August 13, 2019 at 11:10 A.M., in the Okanogan County Commissioners hearing room, located at 123 5th Ave North, Room 150, Okanogan Washington regarding an application for a 50 year franchise by Brewster Flat Water Users Association, to construct, operate and maintain a domestic water line and appurtenances thereto.
Franchise is located within the county right-of-way of all Okanogan County roads located within the following Township and Ranges: T. 30 N., R. 24 E.W.M., T. 30 N., R. 25 E.W.M., T. 31 N., R. 24 E.W.M. and T. 31 N., R. 25 E.W.M.
Members of the public may comment on this proposal. All written comments must be received prior to the start of the public hearing in order to be entered into the record. Testimonies will be heard during the Public Hearing at the above time and location. The cattleguard will be four (4) 14’ x 8’, H-20 loading heavy duty steel cattleguards with wings and a by-pass gate at milepost 3.80 on O.C.R. 3020, Jack Wells Road in the SE1/4, SW1/4 in Section 5, Township 30N. Range 26, E.W.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners that a Public Hearing is set for 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2019 and will be held in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room. The hearing is held to receive public comment for or against the consideration of a budget supplemental appropriation within the Current Expense Superior Court and District Court Budgets in the amount of $26,136. The funds are from the Current Expense Beginning Fund Balance and will be used to increase the District Court and Superior Court Judges Salary that the state sets. The hearing will be held in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room located at 123 5th Avenue North, Okanogan, Washington. There will be a special 3 day filing period for offices that no one filed for during the regular filing period or offices with vacancies.
Special Filing Period:
August 21-23, 2019
The Special Filing Period will start at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, August 21st, and end at 4:30 PM on Friday, August 23rd.
Candidates can come into the Auditors Office to file or file on line by going to vote.wa.gov/Okanogan
All candidates will go on the General Election Ballot.
