On March 22, 2004, Raymond R. Vaughn of Carlton, WA, applied to add a point of withdrawal as authorized by the above referenced certificate. Surface Water Certificate #945, authorizes the diversion of 150cts of water from Methow River from a point located from within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 25 T, 34N, R, E.W.M Okanogan County.
Water is authorized for the purpose of irrigation within the Methow Valley Irrigation District.
The applicant purposes to add a point of withdrawal located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 16, T.32N., R.22 EWM., Okanogan County.

TWISP SPORTS COMPLEX RENOVATION
It shall be the duty of each Bidder to submit his/her bid on or before the hour and date specified. Any bids received after the time for opening will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the designated location and time.
A Pre-bid Conference for will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Town Hall, 118 South Glover Street, Twisp, WA 98856. Attendance is recommended, not mandatory.
Work generally consists of construction of one new soccer field, one new baseball field, crushed rock paths and limited parking to include approximately 3700 cubic yards of clearing and grubbing with on-site disposal, 3000 cubic yards of mass grading, 380 tons of Infield Mix, one Backstop, two Dugouts, cement concrete curb & pavements, fencing, sports field irrigation, seeding, and miscellaneous improvements. Engineer’s Estimate ranges from $325,000 to $360,000.

A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Special Provisions, and Addenda (if applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract.

Okanogan County Public Works, Anna Randall, 1234-A Second Ave South Okanogan, WA 98840, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Highway 7 Bridge North Project, is located on Highway 7, north of the Tonasket Bridge from milepost 5.320 to milepost 6.630, Township 37 N., Range 27 E.W.M., Sections 16 and 19 in Tonasket, in Okanogan County. This project involves 2 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road construction activities. The receiving waterbody is the Okanogan River. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology’s action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II anti-degradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners that a Public Hearing is set for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 and will be held in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room. Okanogan County Public Works Statler Bridge Project, SEPA 2019-1
Threshold SEPA Determination
Okanogan County Public Works is proposing to replace a failing bridge with a structure approximately 68 feet in length and 31 2/8 feet in width resulting in approximately 28 feet of clear width between faces of guardrail. The new structure is planned to be constructed immediately downstream of the current structure. The current structure was identified as structurally unsound on 9-19-2018. The new location will require additional right of way acquisition.
The project is on Okanogan County Road 9221, Salmon Creek Rd at milepost 2.244.

NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR CORRECTION FACILITY CEILING UPGRADES
The Okanogan County Board of Commissioners acting with the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Structural Design and Construction specific to corrections facilities. Consultants will be considered for the following project.
The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering; plans, specifications, and estimates; and construction bid documents for the construction of a Cel-line Suspended Metal Plank Security Ceiling at the Okanogan County Corrections Facility. The major features of the project are as follows:
• Removal and demolition of the current drop ceiling in the M Tank housing cell within the Okanogan County Corrections Facility and construction, and installation of a Cel-line Suspended Metal Plank Security Ceiling in accordance with structural design specifications. The project will be exempt from SEPA review. In addition to the above-described scope of work the selected firm will assist the County in review of submitted bids and preparation of a construction contract. The selected firm will not be responsible for project management.
Funding will come from capital facility and facility improvement funds appropriated for the project.
Submittals should be limited to ten (10) 8.5 by 11 single-sided pages and must include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge.
