Three-year-old Remington Price of Sedro-Woolley was the youngest angler at the Patterson Lake Perch Pull.
The Patterson Lake Perch Pull contest last Saturday (Jan. 26) drew 26 ice-fishing anglers competing for a total of $1,100 in cash plus donated prizes, organizer Vern Herrst reported.
“The day started at 5:30 a.m. crisp and clear with in excess of 10 inches of ice underneath over a foot of snow on the lake, which made for safe conditions,” Herrst said. He said that a total of 26 fish were weighed in at the end of the day. Participants then assembled at the Twisp Valley Grange for an awards dinner.
