Gail A. Caesar-Fasse, age 75, went peacefully to be with her Lord Jesus Christ at 3:10 a.m. on Sept. 26, 2018, while surrounded by her loving family in Sacramento, California.
Her loss is immeasurable but so is the love she leaves behind.
A modern day renaissance woman whose talents as an entrepreneur, artist, musician, gourmet, athlete and servant leader are only surpassed by her uncanny ability to develop deep interpersonal relationships forged by unconditional love.
Gail was born on May 5, 1943, along with her twin sister Judy (deceased). Together they were raised in Bull Valley, Illinois, by their loving parents Merle Lindsten Anderson (deceased) and renowned Architect John Vincent Anderson Sr. (deceased).
Gail is survived by her husband, Dale Brunelle Fasse; brother John V. Anderson Jr.; children John Anderson Caesar (Kristy L. Caesar), Amanda (Mandy) Elizabeth Montford (Michael J. Montford), James Richard Caesar (Sarah J. Urbanowski), Ryder Ronald Fasse and Chelsea Claire Fasse; grandchildren Leif Christian Caesar, Madison Christine Caesar, Brock Michael Montford, McKaylie Kristy Caesar, Elizabeth Gail Montford and Lucas Michael Montford.
A memorial service will be held on Friday (Oct. 12), at the First Congregational Church in Crystal Lake, Illinois, at 3 p.m. A celebration of life will follow at the Crystal Lake Main Beach from 4 – 7 p.m.
Gail would encourage us all with “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.” If the day is full of challenge, she would remind us to “Be still and know that God is in control.”
