It was so nice to see those wonderful wet drops of rain for the first time in so long, and to have a little fresh air to breathe. Sure hope it helped the firefighters with their battles against the fires, and keeps the smoke down.
This Saturday (Sept. 1) we are going to have a sidewalk sale, 8:30 a.m. – noon. There will be western clothing to help outfit you for the rodeo or the fair. And also there will be some early winter clothes like vests and fleece jackets, and some other special items. The annual Winter Sale will be Sept. 29.
This Friday is gift basket day already – come for lunch and put your name in for the drawing.
