TERRY L. KARRO has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address state below a copy of the claim and filing the original claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) 30 days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. TOWN OF TWISP

Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the town of Twisp Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Twisp Town Hall at 118 S. Glover Street. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony on the application submitted by the Hank and Judy Konrad of Twisp, Washington for the preliminary approval of a 7 lot long plat in the Town of Twisp. The proposed long plat is located at on the southern side of S.R. 20 at 1215 Methow Valley Highway in the Town of Twisp, within Section 17, Township 33 N., Range 22 E.W.M.

All interested persons are invited to attend and provide testimony regarding this development.  A copy of the applicant and related materials may be viewed at Town Hall from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday. TOWN OF TWISP

Federal Aid Survey Services Contract

This is a solicitation for Consultants to submit their Qualification Statements for land survey services. The selected Consultant(s) will enter into a one year, or until project completion, contract with Okanogan County Public Works which will include work on Federal Aid projects. Project: Exempt Segregation – Parcel 3222021006

Decision:  Approved

This exempt segregation divided a 93.40 acre parcel into a 20 acre parcel and a 73.40 acre parcel. The Department of Ecology reviewed the proposal and determined that the proposed well is not in hydraulic continuity with any tributary stream.

The Okanogan County Office of Planning and Development approved the above-noted project. Parties with standing may appeal this decision to the Okanogan County Hearing Examiner at 123 5th Ave. N. Suite 130, Okanogan, WA 98840, pursuant to OCC 2.67.010. An appeal must include the $300.00 appeal fee.

Project Summary

Notice is hereby given that a Joint Aquatic Resource Permit Application (JARPA) has been submitted by Ryan Walker, Grette and Associates on behalf of Uranda Stirling to restore the property including removal of unauthorized fill and planting of native vegetation.  The purpose of the proposed project is to restore the shoreline of Lake Osoyoos to comply with applicable regulations and ensure the long term protection of the functions and values of the fish and wildlife habitat on the property. 

Project Location

The project is at 25 Champerty Rd, parcel 4780080000, approximately 2 miles northerly of the town of Oroville, WA.  According to Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) regulations, the office of Okanogan County Planning and Development issued a threshold environmental Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) for this proposal.

Comments must be submitted in writing to the Okanogan County Office of Planning and Development, 123 5th Ave N.
