Notice of Adoption – Ordinance #724
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TWISP, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO THE SITING, COLLOCATION, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF WIRELESS FACILITIES; ADDING A NEW CHAPTER TO THE TWISP MUNICIPAL CODE; ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR SITING, COLLOCATION, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL LAW AND REGULATIONS; ESTABLISHING AN APPLICATION SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL PROCESS; AND PROVIDING FOR TERMINATION OF NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES.
Said ordinance may be examined at the Twisp Town Hall during regular business hours or mailed upon request. This notice is given by order of the Town Council and pursuant to RCW 35.27.300.

The Noxious Weed Board will conduct their monthly weed board meeting beginning at 4:00 PM at the Okanogan County Commissioners Hearing Room, in the Virginia Grainger building,
123 Fifth Avenue North. The public is encouraged to attend. Meetings will be held the following dates:

This decision will not be final until January 30, 2018. Anyone with standing who desires a public hearing be held on this application to determine water adequacy must submit a written request by the deadline listed above. The request must state the basis upon which the request is made which must include a statement that the requesters lawful use of water from a senior source will be impaired if the decision stands. Any request for public hearing must be directed to the Director of Planning at the above listed address and received prior to 5:00 p.m. on January 30, 2018.
