Vince and Nancy Friggione, of Twisp, would like to announce the birth of their first grandson, River Anders Friggione. River is the son of Brandon (2005 Liberty Bell High School graduate) and Tiffany Friggione. River joins his big sister, Quinn, at their home in Santa Barbara, California. He was born on Aug. 15, 2017, and weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.
