Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Administrator or the Administrator’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1)Thirty days after the Administrator served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS TAKE NOTICE: That on October 20, 2017, Methow Valley Irrigation District of Twisp, Washington, under application No. S4-33197 applied to temporarily appropriate public waters for up to four years, subject to existing rights, from the Methow River, tributary to the Columbia River, at the rate of 2.7 CFS and an annual quantity of 500 acre-feet, for the purpose of irrigation of 597.79 acres. That the source of the proposed appropriation is located within NEI/4 NEI/4 of Section 25, Township 34N, Range 21 E.W.M., Okanogan County, Washington. That the place of use of the proposed appropriation is described as being lands within the Methow Valley Irrigation District, lying east of the Methow River, Okanogan County, Washington. Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections. All letters of protest will become public record. Cash shall not be accepted. Fees must be paid by check or money order and are nonrefundable. Protests must be accompanied by a $50 recording fee payable to the Department of Ecology, Cashiering Unit, PO Box 47611, Olympia WA 98504-7611, within 30 days from: December 27, 2017.
