1952–2017

Justin Loyal Johanson

Justin Loyal Johanson, 65, of Twisp, died Oct. 10, 2017, at the Wenatchee Valley Hospital.

He was born in Seattle on June 6, 1952, to Patricia (Drew) Jacobson and Jack Johanson. He was raised on Bainbridge Island and attended grade school there, and later on attended Seattle Prep and Seattle Central Community College.

He had resided in the Methow Valley since the mid-1970s and had many friends. He was an avid music enthusiast, a football fan, and enjoyed political debate.

He is survived by sisters Annette (Johnson) Jim Lesh, Kingston; Teri Chaussee, Poulsbo; sons Jeremy Jay Johanson, Seabeck; Joshua Bleu Johanson, Twisp; daughter Heather (Bobby) Brooks, Nampa Idaho; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephew and grandchildren.
