An election reminder: Oct. 9 is the deadline for mailed or online new voter registrations, and for updates of voter information such as physical address, for the Nov. 7 general election.
Oct. 30 is the last day for in-person registration at the county auditor’s office in Okanogan.
Oct. 20 will be the beginning of 18-day voting period, when mailed ballots go out to registered voters.
