NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Jacob Young, Old Schoolhouse Brewery, PO Box 577, Winthrop, WA 98862 has submitted application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to construct a roof over existing deck area within the previously developed footprint. The project is within the shoreline area of the Chewuch River, within the urban shoreline designation. No structures will be placed, nor will work occur below the ordinary high water mark, nor within the conservancy area. The SEPA Responsible Official has reviewed an Environmental Checklist and project description and has issued a Threshold Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on this proposal in accordance with WAC 197-11-340. Location: The site is located approximately 1 mile north of Brewster at 15 Honeybear Lane on parcel number 8823800100. CUP 2008-6 Migrant Head Start and Application and Threshold SEPA Determination
CUP 2016-11 “Emerald City Green Machine LLC”
Notice is hereby given that CUP 2008-6 Migrant Head Start will be terminated to facilitate an application for a tier 3 cannabis producers and processing facility. No action will be taken on the Termination of CUP 2008-6 for 14 days from the date of publication. Any person wishing to request a public hearing on this matter must do so by 5:00 pm December 14, 20016. Failure to appeal will deny standing. Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted by Forest Hurley on behalf of Emerald City Green Machine LLC to permit a tier 3 Cannabis Producer and Processing Facility in accordance with Okanogan County Code 17A.220.010. This legal, recreational cannabis grow and processing will meet all licensing requirements with the Washington state Liquor and Cannabis Board and all WAC requirements for I-502. The CUP, if approved, would allow an existing 12,000 square foot building to be used for indoor cannabis growing and cannabis processing, a fenced 3.68 acre outdoor growing area, with a 12’ x 24’ and 14’ x 40’ storage buildings and parking for 12 vehicles. The site is located at 7 School St. in Malott, WA on tax parcel number 3225090043. According to Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) regulations, the office of Okanogan County Planning and Development issued a threshold environmental determination of non-significance (DNS) for this proposal. The public hearing for this project has not yet been set. The public is welcome to comment on this project. Project comments may be submitted in writing up to the hearing or be presented at the hearing. SEPA comments must be submitted in writing by 5:00 pm December 14, 2016 to afford the commenter standing.
