This week’s Mountain Lion of the Week is freshman soccer player Tommie Ochoa. Tommie is a great Mountain Lion – balanced, courageous, principled and caring are just a few ways to describe her. Tommie is a key player and leader for the state-qualified soccer team, and she was an important part of their recently achieved Academic State Championship!
Here are Tommie’s nominations: “Tommie is a great person. Not only is she good at sports, (soccer, basketball, etc.) but she is very kind and helpful.” And, “Tommie is a hard worker in class and on the basketball court. She is a true team player and is always thinking of and helping others.”
