The Winthrop Music Association, the nonprofit organization that presents the annual Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival, reported that it has made donations to several organizations from the festival’s 2016 proceeds. They include:

• The Cove Food Bank in Twisp, $3,750.

• The Washington Blues Society Musician Relief Program, $500.

• The Methow Valley School District music program, $1,000.
