July 18

CIVIL PROBLEM: An ongoing neighborhood dispute was reported on Crab Apple Road, Winthrop.

July 19

DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Caller on Yellowjacket Road, Twisp, reported that a vehicle drove by with its horn honking and the driver yelling what sounded like a call for help.

ACCIDENT: A vehicle went down an embankment on Texas Creek Road near Carlton, and the driver was injured.

WEAPONS OFFENSE: Caller on Crab Apple Road reported that someone nearby was shooting at a rattlesnake in an unsafe manner in a residential area.

ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road.

July 20

WARRANT ARREST: A man wanted on a warrant fled on foot at a location near Carlton.

July 21

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Caller on Highway 153, Methow, reported seeing a tree fall into the river near two kayaks during a storm and was concerned that the kayakers might be injured.

BURGLARY: A burglary was reported on Mundy Road, Twisp.

July 22

BURGLARY ALARM: A burglary alarm was reported going off on West Buttermilk Creek Road, Twisp.

BURGLARY: A burglary of several chain saws was reported on West Chewuch Road, Winthrop.

ACCIDENT: A bicyclist was struck by a motorist on Lost River Road, Mazama. The bicyclist was injured and the motorist was cited.

INJURED ANIMAL: An injured deer was reported on West Chewuch Road, Winthrop.

July 23

TRESPASSING: A man who said he was looking for a veterinarian’s office came into a residence on Highway 20, Winthrop. The man, who was acting strangely, was told to leave and did.

ILLEGAL BURNING: A possible illegal burn involving a campfire was reported on Windy Ridge Road, Twisp.

NOISE COMPLAINT: A complaint about loud music was reported on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road.

July 19

CIVIL DISUTE: A caller on Magers Street reported an ongoing problem with a man who continues to enter a residence without permission.

July 20

FOUND PROPERTY: Some found property was reported on North Glover Street.

THREATENING BEHAVIOR: Caller on Highway 20 reported that an employee indicated they were going to get a gun and get in a shoot-out with a neighbor over a dog.

July 21

THEFT: An automobile theft was reported on Magers Street.

July 22

FLOODING: Water and debris were reported over Highway 153 near Carlton.

ACCIDENT: Caller on White Avenue, Winthrop, reported that another motorist hit his vehicle and then drove off.

July 23

NOISE COMPLAINT: Loud music was reported from a location on Magers Street.

ACCIDENT: It was reported that a vehicle possibly went off the pavement on Twisp-Carlton Road.

ILLEGAL BURNING: Possible illegal burning of a brush pile was reported on Kelli Lane, Carlton.
