Methow Valley School District No. 350 will hold a public hearing on the budget for the 2016-2017 General Fund, Transportation Vehicle Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Debt Service Fund and ASB Fund at the Board of Directors meeting in the district office at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. SOLICITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Twisp Public Works Department is soliciting bids to purchase four standby generators. Sealed bid proposals will be accepted Until June 29, 2016 at 10 am at P.O. box 278, Twisp, Wa. 98856. Bid proposals will be opened, read and tabulated publicly at Twisp Town Hall at 118 S. Glover Street at that time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. All bids should include lump sum cost of all (4) generators delivered to the jobsite in Twisp, Washington as outlined in this solicitation, and appropriate sales tax.
The bid proposal is to provide the following four (4) generators;
Two (2) new 150 KW, 3 phase, 480 VAC, standby generators.
One (1) new 80KW, single phase, 120/240 VAC, standby generator.
One (1) new 25KW, 3 phase, 240 VAC, mobile trailer mounted standby generator.
The Town is desirous of receiving delivery of the generators listed above in as expeditious a manner as possible. In addition, to meet applicable grant requirements, the Town must receive delivery of the generators at the jobsite in Twisp no later than September 12, 2016. Due consideration and preference will be given to bids which can provide delivery of the generators to the jobsite in Twisp by July 25, 2016, as long as the total amount does not exceed the maximum allowable amount authorized for purchase. Therefore, the Town is requesting two bid amounts, one for delivery to the jobsite in Twisp on or before July 25, 2016 and one for delivery to the jobsite in Twisp on or before September 12, 2016. Bidders may submit bids for either or both dates. The Town reserves the right to select a bid for either date submitted. Liquidated damages will apply for failure to deliver the generators as required.

The Town of Twisp reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding.
No bidder may withdraw a submitted proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days.

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Twisp, WA will be holding a public hearing to review a proposal to acquire USDA loan and/or grant funds to replace waterlines on SR20 (Wagner Street to Airport Road). The hearing will be held on June 28, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Twisp Town Hall, 118 S. Glover Street, Twisp WA.
