Okanogan County Superior Court
Michael Paul Utigard, 62, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to four months of confinement and fined a total of $1,260.50.
The court found probable cause to charge Stuart Adam Grim, 29, of Twisp, with possession of a weapon by a person serving a sentence in a local correctional institution. Bail was set at $25,000.
The court found probable cause to charge Gary Austin Vaughn, 47, of Twisp, with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Okanogan County District Court
Jacob R. Hope, 26, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to use of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended and fined a total of $833.
Raymond James Tannehill, 25, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of department lands and facilities. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended and fined a total of $613.
