Ron, a former resident of Twisp, left this world of pain on March 23, 2016, to walk the street of Gold in Heaven.
Ron was a graduate of Twisp High School in 1954. Ron knew no stranger and enjoyed many friends. He retired from the Bureau of Reclamation and later started his own handyman business taking care of his rentals and doing electrical work for different businesses in and around the Spokane area.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ruby Wales, former owners of the Twisp Telephone Co. and the feed store in Winthrop. He leaves his wife of 15 – 1/2 years, Marilee, of Dalton Gardens, Idaho; stepson Tony Fero (Jacque), Bremerton, Washington; sister Carol Stortini, (Joe), Tacoma; and brother Richard (Dick) and wife Joanne of Silverdale, Washington.
A memorial service is being held on Saturday (April 30), 2016, at 11 a.m. at The Church of The Nazarene, 4000 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
