NOTICE OF PETITION FOR EXCLUSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for exclusion of land has been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District (MVID). The name of the petitioner and the land description, identified by the Okanogan County Assessor’s parcel number, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without a water right, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows:

All persons interested in or who may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 9th day of May, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office, 206 Glover Street, in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petition, should not be made. The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tract of land mentioned in said petition should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion.

SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
WIN SSDP 16-1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Kyrie Jardin, Purple Sage, LCC, PO Box 976, Winthrop, WA 98862, has submitted application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to reconstruct/repair an existing driveway parking area and sidewalk, along with other minor interior and exterior site improvements within the previously developed footprint. The project is within the shoreline area of the Chewuch River, within the urban shoreline designation. No structures will be placed, nor will work occur below the ordinary high water mark, nor within the conservancy area. The project is located on tax parcel 2780012301 at 245 Riverside Ave, in the Town of Winthrop.
Information Available: A JARPA form, SEPA Checklist and other application materials are on file at Winthrop Town Hall, 206 Riverside Ave. Persons wishing to view project information or receive notice of the action taken on the application may contact Winthrop Town Hall between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. SEPA Determination: A threshold Determination of Nonsignificance was issued for the project on April 8, 2016. The comment period for the SEPA Checklist and Threshold Determination ends on May 11, 2016. The Town of Winthrop (lead agency) has determined that this project does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of the information described above, which is available upon request. The DNS has been issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).
Comments: All persons are welcome to submit written comments concerning this application and the related SEPA Checklist and Threshold Determination. Comments or requests for notification of the action taken on the application must be submitted to the Town Planner, Town of Winthrop, P.O. Box 459, Winthrop, WA 98862, no later than 4:00 pm, May 27, 2016.

The Town of Twisp has received for a variance from the Design Standards for public roadways from Paul Barth of Sacramento, California.
Date of permit application: 4/20/16. Date of determination of completeness: 4/20/16. Date of this notice of application: 4/27/16. Comment Period ends: May 11, 2016 to Town Planner.
Project Description: Mr. Paul Barth of Sacramento, California and the owner of the preliminarily approved School House Plat has submitted an application to request a reduction in pavement width from 28’ to 24’ and waiver of the requirement for curbs and gutters.

The project lies within the 100 year floodplain, shoreline and critical area.

K244DY is currently authorized with an effective radiated power of 62 watts from a transmitter site located at NAD27 coordinates 48° 28’ 41” North Latitude, 120° 15’ 19” West Longitude, west of Winthrop, Washington. K244DY is currently authorized to rebroadcast KDMB(FM), 88.7 MHz, Moses Lake, Washington. Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of facts relating this application should file comments and petitions with the FCC, Washington, DC 20554 by May 16, 2016.
