Okanogan County Superior Court
Brandon Matthew Herz, 29, of Twisp:
• pleaded guilty to violation of a no-contact order. He was sentenced to 30 days of confinement and 30 days of community custody and fined a total of $700.
• pleaded guilty to violation of a no-contact order and fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 30 months of confinement and 30 months of community custody on count one and 364 days of confinement on count two, and fined a total of $700.
• pleaded guilty to second-degree theft and third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 12 months of confinement and 12 months of community supervision on count one and 364 days of confinement on count two, and was fined a total of $600.
• pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 19 months of confinement and 19 months of community custody, and was fined a total of $600.
• pleaded guilty to residential burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 36 months of confinement and 36 months of community custody on count one, 364 days of confinement on count two and 90 days of confinement on count three, and was fined a total of $600.
• pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 29 months of confinement and 29 months of community custody on count one and 364 days of confinement on count two, and was fined a total of $600.
Michael Brian Broussard, 29, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree child molestation, third-degree rape of a child and furnishing liquor to a minor. He was sentenced to 17.5 months of confinement on count one, 26 months of confinement on count two, 364 days of confinement on count three, and 36 months of community custody on counts one and two. He was fined with a total of $600.
The court found probable cause to charge Jonathan Andrew Stern, 22, of Winthrop, with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief. Bail was set at $10,000.
Nicole Marie Goodman, 32, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 10 days of confinement on count one, 90 days of confinement on count two and 12 months of community custody. She was fined a total of $1,510.50.

Peter Larson Ekblad, 46, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to violating a no-contact order. He was sentenced to 364 days with 334 days suspended and fined a total of $823.
Stuart A. Grim, 29, of Twisp pleaded guilty to introduction of contraband. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended and fined a total of $428.
Timothy E. N. Hickey, 28, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $993.
Jason Ernest Andrew Keele, 44, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and drug possession without a prescription. He was sentenced to 364 days with 349 days suspended on count one and 90 days with 90 days suspended on count two. He was fined a total of $1,033.
