Randall Lee Blackburn passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015, after almost 64 years of incredible living. Married for 33 years to his wife, Marlene, he was also the father of nine children: Jeanne, Vanessa, Melissa, Lucas, Thomas, Sarah, Miranda, Kace and Tayton. Randall served 22 years of dedicated service between the Rock Island and Mattawa Police Department. A small graveside service will be held on Saturday (April 16), at 2 p.m. at Beaver Creek Cemetery in Twisp. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
