NOTICE OF PETITION FOR EXCLUSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that petitions for exclusion of land have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District (MVID). The names of the petitioners and the land description, identified by the Okanogan County Assessor’s parcel number, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without a water right, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows:

All persons interested in or who may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 11th day of April, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office, 206 Glover Street, in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petitions, should not be made. Description of proposal: The Town of Twisp proposes to construct a single tennis court adjacent to the existing swimming pool and basketball court in the Twisp Town Park and construct 240’ of trail from the end of an existing trail in Twisp Town Park southward along the Methow River for 1090’ then westward to Methow Street.
Location of proposal, including street address, if any: Town of Twisp, Washington.
Lead agency: Town of Twisp, 1185 Glover., PO Box 278, Twisp, WA 98856.
The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probably significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
There is no comment period for this DNS.
This DNS is issued after using optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS.
