State champion Meritt Fink was named Wrestler of the Year at the Liberty Bell High School wrestling team’s banquet recently.
Fink was also named Most Dedicated wrestler. Most Improved was Brady Moriarty, Pressure Performer was Kaleb Martin, Rookie of the Year was Alex Garcia-Lopez, and the winner of the Best Takedowns award was Jacob McMillan.
Fink was the state champion in the 145-pound division. He also won the state title at 138 pounds in 2014. McMillan took fifth place in the 170-pound division.
Liberty Bell finished 14th in the 1B/2B state championships this year.
