Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office

Feb. 24

CIVIL MATTER: Caller on Lower Beaver Creek Road, Twisp, reported that someone has been piling up debris on the caller’s access road.

LOST PROPERTY: Caller reported that they lost a wallet while skiing in the Mazama area.

Feb. 25

ANIMAL PROBLEM: A problem with Rottweilers was reported on Benson Creek, Twisp.

Feb. 28

THREATENING BEHAVIOR: Caller on Magers Street, Twisp, reported that a man was refusing to leave and was threatening to burn the residence down.

FOUND PROPERTY: Some property was found at a location on Highway 20.

Feb. 24

BURGLARY: A burglary was reported on Canyon Street.

FOUND PROPERTY: Some property was found at a location on Libby Creek Road, Carlton

Feb. 25

THEFT: A theft was reported in the area of Glover Street and Third Avenue.

Feb. 28

EXTRA PATROL: Extra patrols were requested on Fourth Street.

STRUCTURE FIRE: A structure fire was reported at Twisp River Pub.

Feb. 23

THEFT: A theft was reported at a location on Highway 20.

Feb. 27

CIVIL MATTER: An officer escorted a person who was retrieving items from a location on Main Street.

Okanogan County District Court

George Franklin Wilson, 64, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $873.

Marlin Leslie Aaenson, 69, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to second-degree driving while his license was suspended. He was sentenced to 364 days with 358 days suspended and fined a total of $1,083.

Okanogan County Superior Court

The court found probable cause to charge Dustin Hale Jones, 40, Twisp, with second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $15,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Laura Lee Musen, 48, of Winthrop, with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000.
