This week’s Mountian Lion of the Week is Exie Romero. Exie is a ninth-grade basketball player, and was nominated by four separate people.
Here is what teachers and peers had to say about Exie: “She is a very hard worker at school and out on the court. She is a positive role model to her peers. She is always polite and has a smile on her face.” And, “Exie shows persistence, thinking and kindness in her actions and words. She takes the time to turn in quality work and understand abstract concepts.”
