Bobbie Jo Day, 47, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. Day was sentenced to 30 days on count one and 90 days with 60 days suspended on count two; and was fined a total of $1,860.
The court found probable cause to charge Joseph Justin Roach, 68, of Twisp, with harassment and fourth-degree assault. He was released on personal recognizance.
The court found probable cause to charge Stuart A. Grim, 29, of Twisp, with possessing a stolen motor vehicle and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000. The court also found probable cause to charge Grim with two counts of residential burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, two counts of third-degree theft, first-degree burglary, three counts of theft of a firearm and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.
The court found probable cause to charge Marc Alan Layne Jefferson, 24, of Winthrop, with second-degree burglary, third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft. Bail was set at $25,000.
Tina M. Leduc, 34, of Twisp, was summoned to answer the to the charge of residential burglary, second-degree theft, theft of a motor vehicle and third-degree theft.
