ASSAULT: It was reported that a person assaulted the caller and punched a hole through the radiator of the caller’s truck with a ski pole because of a dispute about the caller’s vehicle being parked on a ski trail along Highway 20.
ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported on Twisp River Road, attributed to extremely icy road conditions.

ASSAULT: It was reported that two women were attacked by another person at a location on Highway 20, Winthrop.

DISABLED VEHICLE: A disabled vehicle was reported on Twisp River Road, blocking the road on a blind corner.

INTOXICATION: It was reported that a man at a location on Highway 20, Winthrop, appeared to be intoxicated after ingesting edible marijuana in cookies. The person apparently went for a walk.

ASSAULT: Caller on North Glover Street reported that their son was assaulted the previous evening.

ANIMAL ABUSE: It was reported that two dogs were left in a pickup truck behind a store on Highway 20.
Okanogan County District Court
Zeke Andrew Smith, 35, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating a no contact order. He was sentenced to 364 days with 359 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 357 days suspended on count two, and fined a total of $1,571.
Hector Oswaldo Tevalan Lopez, 25, of Pateros, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 361 days suspended on count two, and was fined a total of $2,669.
Gary Austin Vaughn, 47, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to violating a no contact order. He was sentenced to 364 days with 354 days suspended and fined a total of $808.
