THEFT: Mail was reported stolen from a location on Highway 20, Twisp.

CHECK ON PERSONAL WELFARE: Caller requested a check on the personal welfare of a client who had not been heard from for a while, on Wandling Road, Winthrop.
TRESPASS: Caller reported that a vehicle was seen driving slowly up and down the street on Francis Lane with its lights off.

ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road. A car went over an embankment.

ARREST: A warrant arrest took place on East Methow Valley Highway, Twisp.
THEFT: Caller on Old Carlton Road reported that some medications were missing.
BURGLARY: Report states that a person or persons took several large bags of marijuana from a grow site on Horizon Flats Road, Winthrop. Suspects were later taken into custody.

ACCIDENT: A vehicle slid off the road on Highway 153 near Carlton
TRAFFIC HAZARD: A tree was reported blocking the road on Old Twisp Highway.

Okanogan County District Court
Nicole Marie Goodman, 32, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Theft. She was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $808.
Vernon Edward Herrst, 67, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and fined a total of $543.
Raymond Neil Hobbs, 33, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Theft. He was sentenced to 364 days with 363 days suspended and fined a total of $508.
Kjell Ray Lester, 49, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to Driving under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 363 days suspended and fined a total of $1,381.
Gary Austin Vaughn, 47, of Carlton, pleaded guilty to Violation of a No Contact Order. He was sentenced to 364 days with 354 days suspended and fined a total of $808.
Okanogan County Superior Court
Jacob Ray Hope, 25, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Possessing a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 30 days on count one and 90 days on count two with 60 days suspended. He was fined a total of $2,260.
The court found probable cause to charge Brandon Matthew Herz, 28, of Winthrop, with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Residential Burglary, third-degree Theft, and second-degree Criminal Trespassing.
The court found probable cause to charge Bobbie Jo Ray, 47, of Winthrop, with Possessing a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Ray was released on Personal Recognizance.
The court found probable cause to charge Randi Kay Harden, 35, of Winthrop, with Possessing with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Legend Drug and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Harden was fined a total of $10,000.
David Thomas Kay, 34, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Possessing a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to three months on count one and 90 days on count two. He was fined a total of $1,210.
Gary Austin Vaughn, 47, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Attempting to Elude Pursuing Police, fourth-degree Assault, and Driving While his License was Suspended. He was sentenced to 45 days on count one, 364 days on count two with 319 days suspended and 90 days on count three with 45 days suspended. He was fined a total of $1,210.50.
The court found probable cause to charge Kurt Nickolas Clees, 37, of Carlton, with Driving under the Influence and Driving While License was suspended. Bail was set at $50,000.
