Snow returns Saturday afternoon, tapering of early Sunday morning. The National Weather Service Storm Watch says we should expect 4 to 9 inches in the valleys and 8 to 14 inches in the mountains.
The Storm Watch specifically mentions that travel on Highway 20 in the Methow Valley may become quite hazardous. Visitors, this means you should come early and plan to stay for a nice, long winter weekend.
